Dubai’s much-loved Arabic eatery Operation: Falafel is now serving up their authentic street food inspired flavors to the Ajman public, with a shipping container styled outlet located on the Ajman Corniche. The restaurant is the company’s first franchise out of Dubai in the UAE, and will be operated by Alma Restaurants LLC.

Having mastered a contemporary take on traditional Arabic street food flavors, the restaurant will be plating up their complete menu of bestsellers, including their mouth-watering shawermas and falafel, flavorful salads, appetizing manaeesh, delectable fukharas and indulgent desserts; along with exciting combos and competitive prices.

The restaurant boasts an outdoor seating area seating 80 people across the Ajman coastline that will be cordoned off and supplied with air conditioning to keep customers cool during the summer months.

Available for dine in and delivery, Operation: Falafel Ajman will be open for Iftar and Suhoor during the holy month, operating from 7.00pm to 4.00am. Regular operational hours post-Ramadan will be from 9.30am to 1.00pm.
