Ajman Media City Free Zone (AMCFZ) has announced the launch of a 360-degree digital customer experience coinciding with the official inauguration of the free zone. The digital customer experience comprises a set of online and mobile tools that empower investors to apply for services online including payment by credit card, trade licenses, employee visas, and many other services. The initiative is in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Abdel Aziz Bin Humaid Al Nueimi, Chairman of Ajman Media City Free Zone, to be a digital-first free zone offering convenience, speed, and quality of service. With the launch of the digital experience customers of AMCFZ can now set up companies and obtain free zone licenses within hours instead of days.

Commenting on the launch, His Excellency Mahmood Al Hashmi, CEO of AMCFZ, said, "We are committed to offer maximum comfort to our customers and partners globally. The digital experience is our first step as part of an ambitious vision to offer ease of doing business."

Cloud Concept, based in Dubai, is the digital experience partner of AMCFZ and the implementer of the project.
