Emirates Post Group, in cooperation with Ibn Sina Medical Center in Ajman, has launched a free two-week-long health awareness campaign at Ajman Central Post Office to enable visitors and customers to make use of health checkup services.

The campaign was opened by Mr. Mohammed Hamad Dalwan, Director of Ajman Post Office, accompanied by Dr. Assanaru Abdul Ghafoor, chairman of Ibn Sina Medical Center and Mr. Sheikh Mohamed Ali, Director of Ibn Sina Medical Center in Ajman and staff members of Ajman Central Post Office and customers.

The campaign has started attracting a number of customers and residents from the vicinity of Ajman Central Post Office. The doctors and the staff of Ibn Sina Medical Center are available for free medical consultations and blood tests as well as tests for sugar and excess body fat, and recommend appropriate treatment where necessary.
Mr. Fahad Al Hosani, Acting President of Emirates Post Group, commented, "This campaign springs from our commitment to provide the community with a platform for conducting regular medical check-ups and help detect hidden diseases."

Dr. Abdul Ghafoor said, "We would like to urge everyone to take advantage of our free services and get expert medical advice. Though this, even if they do not suffer from any major illnesses, they can take preventive steps in case of diabetes and heart diseases.”
