H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, today approved the final plans and designs for the AED2.1 billion new Ajman International Airport project.

The Crown Prince of Ajman reviewed the plans of the airport which is being constructed in the Al Manama area and includes arrival and departure lounges, hangars and cargo handling.

Speaking on the occasion, Sheikh Ammar said he was impressed by the interior and exterior designs of the airport, which will launch in 2018, explaining that the green building will be eco-friendly, in implementation of Ajman Vision 2021, and will support the emirate's future plans to boost its economy and tourism.
