In line with its ongoing efforts to strengthen collaborative ties and relations with various local governments departments, the Ministry of Finance (MoF) has announced that the Ajman and federal financial systems have been electronically linked after a meeting today at the Ministry’s headquarters.

The announcement outlines the Ministry’s commitment to enhance financial discipline across federal and local government entities, which will in turn improve fiscal alignment and economic balance within the UAE.

The linking of both the federal and Ajman financial systems will support the joint working team of the Emirates Gate of GFS Reports system and is part of MoF’s strategy to implement international standards in the coordination of fiscal policies and meet international requirements in the field of government financial statistics.
