Home Centre, the region’s leading home retailer, announced the official opening of a brand new store in Ajman, its first in the emirate. Spanning 41,000 square feet, the store located at Al Nuameiya is Home Centre’s 16th store in the UAE and 81st in its network across the Middle East, North Africa, Levant and Indian subcontinent.  

In line with Home Centre’s focus to come closer to customers through penetrating key residential communities, the new Ajman showroom is the third UAE-launch by the concept in recent times, following new openings in Al Ain and Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi in Q4 2014.

A ceremonial ribbon cutting ceremony marked the opening of the new Ajman store that was graced by Jon Jagtiani, Director, Home Centre and Ibrahim Askar Ismail Al-Askar, Home Centre's UAE sponsor. Performances by a traditional Oud player added ambience to the event that included a henna artist, balloon benders and face painters engaging with customers and kids to create memorable family moments.
