Through ‘Feel the Beat,’ ladies of Ajman were invited to partake in free health tests at City Centre Ajman, in partnership with City Centre Clinic and the Ministry of Health.

More than 500 ladies visited City Centre Ajman, representing an increase of +32% over last year, and participated in preventative tests with a special focus on cardiovascular health. ‘Feel the Beat’ serves as a comprehensive assessment and lifestyle program for women, ensuring the development of heart health initiative strategies and activities.

In partnership with the Ministry of Health and City Centre Clinic, the Northern Emirates malls are offering complimentary health tests for women: My City Centre Nasseriya May 28, City Centre Sharjah May 29-30, City Centre Fujairah June 5-6, and the Matajer malls June 12.

Checks at the City Centres include measuring blood pressure, blood sugar, and body mass index (BMI): all to determine if the participating women are at risk of heart disease.

Additionally, visitors can learn how to double a person’s chance of survival through live CPR demonstrations at the City Centres during ‘Feel the Beat’.
