The Ajman Palace Hotel Christmas Tree Lights Switched On (6 December 2015)
Laurent A. Voivenel, CEO of HMH - Hospitality Management Holdings turned on the Christmas lights at The Ajman Palace Hotel last evening. Joining him in the spectacular ceremony was the hotel's fabulous team led by General Manager Ferghal Purcell who have created a magical festive programme for the season. The event officially marked the beginning of festivities at The Ajman Palace Hotel that has established an extraordinary tradition for Christmas and New Year celebrations. The magnificent jewel-like tree forms the centre-piece of the hotel's lobby and is the tallest in the Northern Emirates measuring 49.2 feet high and is studded with over 9857 sparkling micro lights and 4618 decorations.
Addressing the gathering, Laurent, said, "It is great to be part of this wonderful tradition and share this special moment with our guests, associates and families. Christmas is a time to reach out to our family, friends and communities with the spirit of love, hope, peach and joy. It is the time for giving and sharing, so let's sing together my favourite Christmas carol 'Joy to the World' as we push the button to light up The Ajman Palace Hotel Christmas tree. The festive spirit pervaded all around The Ajman Palace Hotel as guests from different nationalities and ages watched the gorgeous tree being illuminated and sang with the choir their favourite Christmas carols. On site is also a larger-than-life Ginger Bread Village featuring irresistible selection of traditional delights.
