The Abdulaziz bin Humaid Program provides young talents within the GCC with skills, knowledge and experience to be able to serve their nations and become successful leaders in the future. The programme is designed in accordance with the best international practices in leadership and in collaboration with world’s leading training and consultancy firms. The fourth edition of ALP concluded in May with a graduation ceremony that congratulated the success of all of its 20 exclusive participants.
Eng Marwan Bin Ghalita, Vice Chairman of the AAF Board Members, commented, “The Abdulaziz bin Humaid Foundation has taken the responsibility of nurturing and empowering young leaders by providing integrated programmes where participants have a real opportunity to unleash their potential and have a positive impact on the community. Following the monumental success of ALP4, we are already receiving hundreds of applications from all over the GCC. As a result, we have decided to extend the period for registration.”
He expressed his delight and gratitude for the support of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman and HH Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council.
Registration is extended to July 6th for the fifth edition of ALP that will launch on the 8th of October. Following a review of the applications, the programme will start interviewing potential candidates on the 10th of July. The next phase of the process is a psychometric test in August with the announcement of the final 20 candidates that have been accepted in September of 2017.
“We have continued to develop ALP to be one of the most ambitious leadership programmes in the GCC region, contributing to building capacity and nurturing the skills of young leaders. Key to the ongoing success and evolution of this programme is its recruitment of applicants that are driven to be future leaders. We are looking forward to providing unique training opportunities for all the new participants and broaden the horizons of their true potential,” added Eng Marwan Bin Ghalita.
