ATDD To Showcase Ajman’s Attractions At World Travel Market London 2019 (31 October 2019)

Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD) announced that it has completed preparations to participate in the World Travel Market (WTM) in London from November 4th to 6th, 2019. ATDD aims to promote Ajman as a leading tourist destination by highlighting the Emirate’s rich cultural, attractions and new tourism developments.
Through its participation, ATDD intends to strengthen its position as an attractive destination for the regional and international travellers as the show is considered among the biggest platforms to network, meet, present innovative ideas, benchmark and sign new agreements and partnerships.  ATDD intends to hold talks with major international companies from the industry who will present their alternative and creative ideas to increasing the number of visitors to Ajman. ATDD also plans to learn about the industry’s latest services and innovations for use in the Emirate of Ajman.
HE Saleh Mohamed Al Geziry, ATDD Director General, said, “The World Travel Market is an ideal platform for networking with leading travel professionals, investors and business partners in the tourism sector, and for sharing information about the latest global trends. We are delighted to participate in WTM to showcase Ajman’s distinctive attractions and connect with tourism professionals.”
His Excellency added, “We look forward to receiving 800,000 visitors per year in Ajman by 2021, so we are activating more attractions, developing the existing sites and organising events and activities to attract more visitors. We are also introducing advanced systems and programmes to enhance the efficiency of the tourism sector in the Emirate.”
ATDD’s stand will promote many of Ajman’s hotels and resorts, landmarks, sites and attractive activities for visitors, like Caravana Alzorah, a new beach holiday concept that elevates the hospitality experience to a new frontier beyond the limits of time and space. The new concept provides enjoyable chalet camping experiences for individuals and families alike.
ATDD will promote water sports and the importance of natural reserves by displaying the kayaking tour activity at Al Zorah Nature Reserve, which has nearly 60 different species inhabit this ecosystem. ATDD also will offer complimentary henna art designing to visitors as part of enhancing the culture existence on the stand.
ATDD’s co-participants at the World Travel Market include Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort; Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel; Elite Travel & Tourism; Fairmont Ajman; Miracle Tourism and Destination Touristic Services; Musandam Sea Adventure Travel & Tourism; The Oberoi Beach Resort, Al Zorah; Travzed Tourism; and Wyndham Garden Ajman Corniche.
