Mirkaaz Mall, a one-of-a-kind upcoming community mall project in Ajman, is set to be the first of its kind in the emirate by providing state-of-the-art facilities in a natural ambiance with a focus on family gatherings and social bonding. The total cost of this prestigious project is estimated at a massive AED 600 million with the official launch expected to be by the end of 2020.

The new Mall will be equipped with more than 100 shops, 15 premium restaurants and 13 F&B outlets providing sumptuous cuisines from diverse culinary traditions, a dedicated family entertainment area, botanical gardens with rows of vibrant trees, a health and fitness center, and a full-fledged 15,000 square-meter hypermarket. Moreover, the world’s third-largest cinema exhibition company Cinépolis Cinemas will take the center stage of Mirkaaz Mall’s entertainment offerings.

Offering guests enhanced movie-going experiences through its multiple auditorium concepts, Cinépolis Cinemas will encompass 11 screens in a sprawling 46,360 square foot area. It includes three Luxury auditoriums with an exclusive lobby, service-at-your-seat, and an exclusive gourmet menu; one Macro XE auditorium with Dolby Atmos Surround Sound; one Cinépolis Junior auditorium catering to our young audience and six Premium auditoriums with leather rocking seats. The in house cafe, "Coffee Tree" offers a plethora of elevated movie snacks, specialty coffees, and small bites. The Concession counter will boast 4 flavors of popcorn, nachos and traditional movie treats.
