Ajman Tourism’s Digital Services Receive 5-Star Rating (29 November 2020)
Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD) achieved a 5-star rating for the quality of its excellent digital services as part of Department of Digital Ajman's stars rating project for governmental digital services. The project aims to evaluate the quality of government digital services according to unified standards.
This project comes as a part of the Department of Digital Ajman's efforts to achieve a qualitative leap in the efficiency of digital government services, one of the leading factor in increasing customer adoption of digital services.
HE Saleh Mohamed Al Geziry, ATDD Director General said, "We are pleased that our IT Department has achieved this major milestone. This 5-star rating is a new distinction added to our record of achievements in digital transformation."
Mohammed Ali Al Bloushi, ATDD Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence Advisor, said, "We are proud that our digital services received this 5-star recognition. It gives us more encouragement in reaching new heights, and to continue providing exceptional digital services to the tourist establishments in the Emirate of Ajman."
The list of services for which this rating was received includes: Tourist/Entertainment Event Permits, Tourist & hotel establishment advertisement permits, Establishment Classification Plate, PRO Cards and Replacement of PRO cards.
