Certificate of Appreciation recognises Atlas Telecom’s provision of end to end wireless mobile video surveillance solutions; by installing 3G live video surveillance solution for Ajman Police force. Cutting edge VAS (Visual Verification Alarming System) service monitors Ajman highly and effectively.
Atlas Telecom, a leading provider of Intelligent and Secure Telecommunications Networks and Security Solutions in the GCC, has been awarded a Certificate of Recognition by Ajman Police in acknowledgement of its dedication, hard work and high business quality.
Mr. Ahmed Seddiq Al Mutawaa, Founder and President of Atlas Group of Companies said: “We are greatly honoured to receive such prestigious recognition from Ajman Police. At Atlas Telecom, we pride ourselves on delivering ultra reliable communications technology, enabling seamless connectivity and putting real time information into the hands of users anywhere and at anytime.”
The Certificate of Recognition emphasises the fruitful relationship between Atlas Telecom and Ajman Police Force and reflects the successful implementation of an end to end 3G live video surveillance solution for the force’s vehicles and personnel. During the five-year contract, the new service will enable the Command & Control Centre operators to interact with the video system and view real time streaming of video from police vehicles and personnel throughout the Emirate of Ajman; it will also provide local recording of high resolution video. The recorded video will allow future investigation and analysis of footage by the police and assist in solving crimes and monitoring traffic.
Atlas Telecom’s advanced suite of applications delivers actionable, accurate and real-time information from the field to the Command Room, enabling Ajman Police Force to respond to situations as they happen. Decisions can be made on the basis of information fed back in real time, providing location-based video surveillance from police in the field back to the Command & Control Centre.
The new video system is also connected to a Visual Verification Alarm System (VAS) that employs fixed cameras installed in Ajman’s banks, jewellery shops, trading companies & money exchange centres, hotels and malls. This service will enable Command & Control Centre operators and management to have real-time knowledge of what is happening on these sites and respond accordingly.
Mr. Ahmed Seddiq Al Mutawaa concluded: “This recognition is a further demonstration of Atlas Telecom’s leading role in the delivery of mission critical communications for public safety bodies and its commitment to meet their evolving needs. We hope the strong relationship we have with Ajman Police Force grows and deepens in the future.”
As part of the implementation process, Atlas Telecom arranged and accompanied Ajman Police representatives on a trip to Heitel operations in Hamburg, Germany, where the latest technology in Visual Verification Alarm Systems was showcased.
