Ajman City Centre will be joining hands with hundreds of organisations around the world to express solidarity with Earth Hour on March 27 this year by switching off its exterior lights for one hour.

The initiative, which is part of Ajman City Centre’s effort to support sustainability and environmental initiatives to combat climate change, will see the mall switching off the lights of its exterior façade for one hour on March 27 night.

Also, to involve its customers in this green initiative, the mall will be giving away a free jute bag to shoppers who spend AED 50 or more at any of the participating stores on that day.

Earth Hour is an international initiative that urges households and businesses to reduce electricity consumptions by switching off non-essential lighting and appliances for one hour to promote energy conservation and draw attention to global climate change.
