HH Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD), opened Caravana Al Zorah, a novel hospitality concept that is also a quality addition to Ajman’s hotel portfolio due to the innovative designs and the location’s beauty, on Monday 28th January. With 10 chalets of various sizes at the Al Zorah project, Caravana Al Zorah is a beach resort that takes the hospitality of a luxury hotel to a new level, providing individuals, groups and families with unique experiences.
His Highness said, “The tourism sector in Ajman continues to strengthen and diversify its hotel portfolio by opening hotels and resorts of all categories and ratings in line with ATDD’s strategy to boost the tourism sector’s contribution to Ajman’s GDP and achieve the objectives outlined in Ajman Vision 2021.”
His Highness added, “Ajman offers facilities and incentives to attract local and foreign investment in the emirate’s tourism and hospitality sector, an important sector that plays a key role in shaping Ajman’s economic landscape.”
HE Saleh Mohamed Al Geziry, ATDD Director General, said, “Caravana Al Zorah is a true addition to the hotel industry in Ajman and it contributes to the diversity of the hospitality options that the emirate offers visitors from around the world.”
His Excellency added, “The newly-opened resort is one of a series of tourism projects that Ajman plans to open in order to enhance the competitiveness of the emirate’s tourism sector and increase its contribution to the GDP.”
Caravana Al Zorah is the ideal destination for luxury events at affordable prices. The chalets, which can accommodate between 2 and 10 people, are fully equipped with hotel facilities. Each chalet has beds, a bathroom, a kitchen, a television, a private beach and an outdoor area with seating, a place to shower, a volleyball court, a Jacuzzi and a barbecue. There are also recreational areas and other facilities to suit different family members’ needs.
The chalets can be booked directly or via popular online sites or by direct phone call, and the prices range between AED 600 to AED 1,500. Prices may vary from time to time depending on booking season and increased demand.
