Ajman university has made great strides and incredible achievements to attain specialized academic accreditations for all its programs.
The Bachelor of Sociology & Social Work at Ajman University has been awarded “five-year accreditation” by the High Council for Evaluation of Research and Higher Education (HCERES), a French agency with a broad reach across Europe and around the world.
This honor makes AU part of an elite group, AU is now one of only 8 universities in the MENA region to have met the rigorous evaluation standards and review processes set forth by HCERES. Additionally, AU’s Bachelor of law was accredited by HCERES in July 2020.

It is always worth mentioning that the university is ranked among the top 2.5% universities worldwide, #35 in the Arab region as per the 2021 QS Arab Rankings and one of the top 150 young institutions worldwide.
